The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) Media & Public Relations team works to connect with the media, related professional organizations and societies, other institutions, government agencies, advocacy groups, and outside parties to collaborate and position MSK experts as thought leaders, develop stories and communicate news about timely and newsworthy trends, research and clinical advances, institutional announcements and partnerships, human-interest stories and more.
Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by an MSK Media & Public Relations team member and with appropriate administrative, clinical, and research staff.
MSK’s Media & Public Relations team is available Monday through Friday from to For general press inquiries, please reach out to our team below. If you are a member of the media working on a time-sensitive story outside of office hours or on the weekend, please call 212-639-2000 and ask to be connected with the MSK Media & Public Relations team member on-call.
Requests from the media are evaluated by MSK’s Media & Public Relations team along with appropriate administrative, clinical, and research staff. We request advance notice from media outlets to coordinate both virtual and onsite interviews and filming. In the case of onsite filming, in order to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy, a member of the MSK Media & Public Relations team will accompany all approved members of the media including reporters, film crews, and photographers while on-site at MSK.
