My work is focused essentially on assessing antigen-specific T cell response after stimulation with immunogenic peptides in different types of cancers such as myeloproliferative neoplasms and melanoma. I utilize my expertise in tumor immunology and cell based assays to determine the expression of surface markers and cytokines produced by T cells using techniques such as flow cytometry and Luminex based assays.

I am also part of a team that is developing a biorepository by collecting clinically annotated tumor tissue and blood from cancer patients. Those samples are primarily coming from melanoma patients and other malignancies. We use those samples for different purposes such as Immuno Histo Chemistry, nucleic acids analysis, flow cytometry or to establish cell lines. This repository constitutes a very important source of information and samples for researchers.
