I am working on the metabolic effects of inhibiting oncogenic signaling using targeted therapy. The ability to attribute the molecular mechanism governing specific nutrient uptake pathways allows us to better predict the outcomes of metabolic imaging platforms. This research is performed on 2D and organotypic models as well as animal models of disease.
