Andrew Epstein, a member of our Gastrointestinal Oncology Service, studies the optimal integration of palliative medicine with cancer care. He also teaches communication skills to medical oncology fellows.
The Division of Solid Tumor Oncology is made up of more than 100 medical oncologists who specialize in treating a broad range of common and rare solid tumors. Each is a subspecialist with deep experience in his or her area of expertise. Together, they help to coordinate the integration of surgery and radiation treatment with chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and immunotherapy.
